Our machine park:
Our diversified machine park allows us to meet all of our needs regarding the manufacturing of our checking fixtures. We thus control the entire manufacturing/assembly process to guarantee the reliability of our products. This also allows us to avoid subcontracting as much as possible.
For our customers, this choice is decisive in guaranteeing the quality of their projects and optimizing their delivery times.
Our technicians are regularly trained on the latest generations of software. They work on programming on Mastercam, which allows the machining of the most complex shapes.

Début 2026, notre parc machine s'agrandit en accueillant son 2ème centre d’usinage 5 axes DMG MORI – DMX60U.
Cette nouvelle machine coûtant plus de 200k€, nous avons pu recevoir une aide du Conseil Régional Bourgogne Franche-Comté de 46 980€.
Avec ses 60 outils en magasin, une broche allant jusqu’à 20 000 tours/min, et une course maximale de 600mm x 600mm x 510mm sur une table pivotante sur les axes B et C, cette machine s’inscrit dans une démarche d’amélioration de notre productivité.
